Workshops & Events

Workshops & Events

Workshops and events are a chance to build skills, meet other peers, and be part of something beyond a one-on-one conversation. Each one is shaped by what young people are interested in learning, trying, or talking about. Explore the types of events below, then view the calendar to find what’s coming up.

Workshops

Virtual and in-person sessions focused on practical skills and personal growth. Topics may include life skills, critical thinking, coping strategies, communication, self-advocacy, leadership, independent living, and more.

Workshops are offered throughout the year across all three regions.

Educational & Social Events

Opportunities for eligible peers to connect with others, learn something new, share their knowledge, and take part in educational or social activities in their communities.

Weekly Drop-Ins

Drop-ins are ongoing, informal spaces where peers can connect and participate each week.

They are available in person across all three regions and virtually through Zoom for young people ages 14–26. Separate spaces are offered for ages 14–18 and 18–26.

View the calendar below to find upcoming workshops, events, and weekly drop-ins.
